Turner Rooney is a 15 year Registered Professional Landman, who founded Perennial Energy Partners (“PEP”) on July 4th, 2018. Since inception, our mission has been to partner with mineral and royalty owners that are interested in selling, and to navigate them through the sales process with professionalism, integrity and honor.

Before forming PEP, Turner Rooney worked voraciously as a landman for various clients, including Continental Resources, Devon Energy, Antero Resources, and Chesapeake Energy. This 9 year journey transplanted him from the oil fields of Oklahoma, to the deserts of West Texas, all the way out East to the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, and everywhere in between.

Powered by Turner’s insatiable appetite for business development, PEP hit the ground running and never looked back. PEP has closed 300+ transactions, totaling $5,000,000 in revenue for mineral and royalty owners. PEP is 100% owned and managed by Turner Rooney. PEP sources their own deals based on meticulous research and strategic partnerships. If PEP comes under agreement with an owner, we take great pride doing EXACTLY what we say, and we work tirelessly to close the transaction seamlessly.

Turner Rooney lives in Oklahoma City with his wife Gillian, and their three (3) children: Turner (8), Luke (6); and Gianna (2). Since the Rooney Family has been eternally blessed by the oil and gas under the ground, we are focused on returning these blessings to our community. The Rooney Family is an active member and supporter of New City Church in Edmond, Oklahoma. Additionally, the Rooney Family supports Hope is Alive, a ministry which helps provide safe-houses and sober living for individuals struggling with substance abuse.
